Somewhere in Winter is Wichita’s first-ever downtown holiday festival centered around an outdoor, full-scale, brought-in real ice rink and a curated lineup of family-friendly, festive experiences. Running from November 27th through January 4th, Somewhere in Winter will transform the heart of the city into a vibrant seasonal destination bringing together local vendors, food trucks, music, cocoa and s’mores stations, festive photo ops, and holiday programming designed to connect Wichita residents through shared joy, creativity, and community spirit. Located at the Coleman Lot at 250 N. St. Francis (2nd and St. Francis).

Christmas Market: November 29th 
Join us for the Christmas Market, featuring a festive mix of food trucks, food, art, and artisan goods all in one exciting day! Food truck space will be limited this day. 

Daily Food Truck & Prepared Food Vendors: November 27th – January 4th
Food trucks and prepared food vendors are invited to join starting November 27th and continue daily through January 4th, offering a variety of delicious options throughout the 39-day event season. Daily vendor hours will vary, with extended times on weekends and holidays.

Sunday Markets: December 7th, 14th, and 21st Sundays are open to all market vendors, including food trucks, prepared food, art, and artisan goods. This is a great opportunity for vendors to reach a wide audience and for visitors to enjoy a full, vibrant market experience each week. Whether you’re a returning vendor or joining for the first time, Sundays offer a festive, family-friendly environment to showcase your offerings and be part of the seasonal celebration.
