Core Vendor Expectations

Old Town Farm & Art Market is a quality-driven, professionally operated Market. Vendors are not just participants; they are representatives of the Market. The expectations below exist to protect the Market, support vendors, and maintain the experience customers expect each week.

These expectations apply to all vendors, employees, family members, and representatives while on site.

Professional Representation

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.

This includes:

  • Courteous, respectful interactions with customers, fellow vendors, staff, and partners

  • A calm, welcoming presence that contributes to the Market’s family-friendly atmosphere

  • Addressing concerns or conflicts through Market staff, not publicly or with other vendors

Behavior that detracts from the reputation, safety, or operation of the Market is not permitted.

Market Conduct

The following behaviors are not allowed at Old Town Farm & Art Market:

  • Disparaging other vendors or their products

  • Aggressive sales tactics, yelling, hawking, or disruptive behavior

Vendors are responsible for the actions of anyone working or representing their business.

Respect for the Market Environment

  • Respect assigned stall spaces and Market layout

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appropriate booth throughout the day

  • Operate in a way that supports customer flow and overall Market function

There are no “bad spots” at the Market. The layout is intentional and designed to support consistent exposure across the site.

Fair Pricing & Market Integrity

Old Town Farm & Art Market supports healthy competition and long-term vendor success.
