New Applicants

Old Town Farm & Art Market is a quality-driven, weekly Market open to vendors across Kansas. Our applications remain open throughout the season, and we encourage vendors to apply when they feel ready.

Before submitting an application, we ask all new applicants to review our standards and expectations. Doing so helps ensure your products are a good fit for the Market and provides a clear understanding of what participation involves, including fees, setup, conduct, and Market-day operations.

Start Here Before You Apply

All new applicants must review the following pages before submitting an application:

These materials are provided so vendors can apply with confidence and clarity. Reviewing them does not guarantee approval, but it helps ensure a strong, informed application.

Not Sure If You’re a Good Fit?

If you’d like to confirm whether your product category is open or whether your products may be a good fit before applying, you’re welcome to contact us first.

Please email info@oldtownfarmandartmarket.com and include:

  • A brief description of your business and products

  • Website and/or social media links (if available)

  • Photos of your products and, if possible, your booth setup

This step is optional but recommended, especially for first-time applicants.

Application Processing Fee

There is a non-refundable application processing fee of $60.00 per Market year, due at the time of application. Applications will not be reviewed until the processing fee has been received.

This fee reflects the time and attention required to review applications, verify licensing and documentation, evaluate product categories, and determine overall Market fit.

Payment may be submitted:

  • Online at the time of application, or

  • By check mailed to:
