Old Town Farm & Art Market is built on long-standing vendor relationships, consistency, and trust. As the Market evolves, we’re committed to making the renewal process clearer, more efficient, and easier, without lowering standards. The Market’s reputation exists because of people like you who show up prepared, professional, and committed to doing things well. You are the Market!  

In the renewal process, you will find that much of your information is already pre-loaded from the previous season, making the completion of your application faster and more straightforward.

What’s New This Season

  1. We’re introducing Market Ready, a brief, required annual review that ensures all vendors start the season aligned with current expectations, procedures, and updates. After your application is approved, you will receive a link to the Market Ready review in your approval email. Completion is required before your first scheduled Market.

    Optional: Vendors who would like to review the Market Ready materials in advance may do so here. Formal completion and verification will be required after application approval.

  2. The Vendor Education & Resources page brings everything together in one place. We’ve also added updated, short-form materials designed to support vendors who want to better understand the Market environment, improve booth performance, and make informed business decisions.

  3. We’re excited to share that there is now a Vendor Portal app, making it easier to: 

  • Manage your profile 

  • Update images and documents 

  • Adjust reserved dates 

  • Stay organized right from your phone!  

Before You Renew

Each season includes updates to Market operations and procedures. Before renewing, returning vendors must review the Market Day Operations, which outline requirements for participating in Old Town Farm & Art Market.

Application Processing Fee

There is a non-refundable application processing fee of $60.00 per Market year, due at the time of application. Applications will not be reviewed until the processing fee has been received.

This fee reflects the time and attention required to review applications, verify documentation, confirm licensing and insurance, and process renewals.

The Renewal Process

Step 1: Review
Review the Market Day Operations.

Step 2: Apply
Submit your vendor application for the new season. Most information will already be populated from last year.

Step 3: Prepare
Once your application is approved, complete the required Market Ready review. A link to the review will also be sent in your approval email.
